LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Buchifresa Boutique and cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. A tracking number will be sent via e-mail you provided at checkout. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to the address you provided and you have not received it, you must contact USPS. Any lost or stolen package(s) must be reported as a claim to USPS.
